Our in-house Umami formula replaces the commercial bouillon offered at the grocery stores and which is added to most of your commercially-made foods. MSG was lab-created specifically to simulate the flavour of Umami. So we make our own natural mix that we use in all our meals. Because so many people today want cleaner food options, we thought we would package it and share. Note: We have omitted the salt completely. So if you're finding the results a bit "flat" it is up to you to add in the amount of salt your diet allows.
DIRECTIONS: Use 1 Tablespoon to replace 1 bouillon cube.
